How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on The Frou-Frou Factory website.  My website is easy to navigate, just click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page and follow the instructions.

 

 
What are my payment options?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. No personal checks or e-checks, please.

 

 

 
How will my bows be delivered and how much does it cost?
 
All hair bows and accessories are created  and shipped within
72 hours.  Please keep in mind that this does not include transit time. 
All other custom, personalized and monogrammed items are made at the time of your order and therefore may take longer to ship.  If you need an item by a certain date please contact me before you place the order to ensure that I can get it to you in time. 
 
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  At the time of checkout you will be given the option to choose the type of shipping you prefer. 
 
Rates:
 
- First Class (3-5 days):  $3.00
- Priority (2-3 days):  $5.00
 
 
I will always make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, I know you are waiting:)  I will also keep you up to date on any delays or out of stock items.  You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
 
 
 
I’m not from the US, can I still order?
 
Currently, I only ship within the US.
 
 
 
I’m not happy with an item I bought, what will you do about it?

I’ve ordered a bow but it's not quite the right color or size I thought! 
 Can I exchange it?
 
 
I want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t,  please let me know!  I will be more than happy to help with a return or an exchange.  Please use the following instructions to help facilitate a return:
 
       - All personalized items are final sale.  If your item is damaged due to transit, please contact me at railyn@thefroufroufactory.com 
within 5 days of receipt of your item to arrange a solution.      
 
       -  For all non-personalized items, please contact me at the above address within 10 days of receipt of your order for any returns or exchanges.
 
       -  All items must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you along with the packaging.
 
       -  Shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
